Steve Cooper has 20 years of experience in E&P information management. Dr. Cooper spent 14 years with Petroleum Information and IHS on the energy management side of the business. During this time he held the position of CTO with responsibility for infrastructure, development, and global data accumulation systems. In late 2007, he started EnergyIQ to provide E&P domain and technical expertise to help companies manage their data to meet the needs of the business.
Steve holds a Ph.D. and B.Eng in Mining Engineering both from the University of Nottingham in England. He has completed a number of non-credit petroleum engineering courses through the Colorado School of Mines.
Mike Haden has over 20-years’ experience in Application Development, Project / Product Management, and Global Product Development. Throughout his career, he has delivered complex data analysis tools to the demanding Canadian oil and gas industry. Mike has experience in bridging the business and technical domains, balancing the communication needs of multiple stake-holders, and aligning project teams to the end-user.
Mike is a Project Management Professional, a Certified ScrumMaster, and a Six Sigma Green Belt. He is presently the VP Communications for the Southern Alberta Chapter of PMI. He dreams of eventually finishing the rejuvenation of a 100-year-old house and having more time for his outdoor pursuits in the mountains near Calgary.
Mike Skeffington brings 23 years of experience in sales, business development, consulting services, project management, and customer support. Mike has successfully grown and managed software and consulting organizations including start-ups and large multi-nationals.
Mike’s experience includes working nationally in the US and across Europe while living in the UK.
Prior to joining EnergyIQ, Mike was with Accenture. Accenture is a global management consulting, technology services and outsourcing company, with approximately 261,000 people serving clients in more than 120 countries. Mike was a Senior Manager with Accenture in the midstream and downstream energy sectors, where he sold complex data management projects, and managed diverse teams to deliver those projects to clients.
Mike holds a BS degree in Computer Science from Colorado State University.
Amelia Webster has over 30 years of experience in the Oil & Gas Industry, ranging from seismic data acquisition, play development and exploration through software design, delivery and support. She brings her passion for customer advocacy and deep understanding of client workflows to overseeing project analysis, integration and design.
Jay Brown is a proven leader with over 25 years of experience in various Information Technology consulting and management positions with the most recent 20 years focused on large scale E&P data management software implementation, services delivery and consulting.
Prior to EnergyIQ, Jay was working at Wipro as a Senior Manager in their subsurface data management practice. He also spent many years each at Petris, P2ES and Tobin running professional services groups focused on delivering value to their many upstream software, data and consulting clients.
Jay holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance and Masters of Business Administration in Managing Information Systems both from the University of Houston.
Brandon Schroeder has 20+ years of proven results in enterprise software driving business growth, managing the product lifecycle and leading technical teams. His combined experience provides a broad understanding of all facets of the software business and how to effectively plan, develop, market, sell and deliver software applications. He has spent the last 15 years providing data management solutions to the Oil & Gas industry.
Prior to EnergyIQ, Brandon lead the Business Development and Product Development teams as President of petroWEB Inc. His experiences and responsibilities along his career at petroWEB, Neuralog, Petris/Halliburton and ZEH Software have encompassed product management, and sales and marketing, all focused around E&P data management solutions.
Brandon earned his Bachelor of Science in Economics degree from Tulane University in New Orleans, LA.
